Alabama baseball is awaiting an update on the injury outcome of shortstop Justin Lebron.
At South Carolina, in the opening game of the penultimate series of the 2026 regular season, Lebron left the diamond after an apparent head injury suffered during a collision.
Earlier in the game, Lebron delivered a three-run bomb at Founders Park in Columbia. In the seventh inning, however, Gamecocks first baseman Will Craddock collided with Lebron, who fell face down on the ground. Trainers proceeded to move him to his back to tend to him further.
Lebron was replaced by Jojo Williamson. Per SEC Network, he will not return to the game.
This story will be updated with new information.
