Reports in Italy claim that Juventus directors will hold talks with Dusan Vlahovic’s father in the coming days in a decisive meeting for the striker’s contract extension.
Juventus will continue contract talks with Vlahovic in the coming days, according to reports from Tuttosport and Gazzetta.
Latest on Juventus contract talks with Vlahovic
According to Tuttosport, the Bianconeri will meet with the striker’s father this week, while Gazzetta claims the meeting will take place next week after a Serie A match against Vlahovic’s former club, Fiorentina.
Vlahovic’s contract expires at the end of the season, and there have been mixed reports on the striker’s willingness to sign a new deal, which would necessarily come with a pay cut from his current €12m per season.

The latest Gazzetta report suggests that Vlahovic is still unlikely to finalise talks with the Bianconeri, hoping for offers from Bayern Munich and Barcelona.
However, Juventus coach Luciano Spalletti has been pushing for the striker’s renewal, so the Serie A giants will try to meet his demands.
Juventus have already complied with Spalletti’s wishes by extending the contracts of Weston McKennie and Manuel Locatelli, and the Tuscan tactician hopes that talks between Vlahovic and the club will reach the same outcome.
Vlahovic has scored a goal in each of his last two appearances for Juventus.
He made his first appearance for a starter in over five months on Saturday, scoring an early goal to give the Old Lady a 1-0 win over Lecce.
