Crawley Town head coach Colin Kazim-Richards has signed a new contract with the League Two club.
The 39-year-old former Derby County striker took over from Scott Lindsey in March and steered the Reds to survival with a goalless draw against Salford City on the final day of the season.
The Sussex-based club won two and drew three of his seven games in charge.
“It’s a great feeling to now be able to implement the culture and mindset that I believe this club deserves,” he told the club website.
“We can build on the foundation we created during those seven games, in terms of the way we work, the staffing and the people we’re working with.
“It’s about creating an environment where people can come to work and perform at the highest level, while also understanding the standards of this club and the standards that will be set by us. That includes the type of football we want to play and a mentality of domination.”
Crawley did not state the length of his new contract.
