Angel Reese should be very happy with her start for the Atlanta Dream. Not only is the team she got traded to 2-0 to start the season, but she’s been a double-double machine.
On Tuesday, in the win over the Dallas Wings, she totaled 12 points and 16 boards. One of those rebounds and two of those points came off a tough bucket through a couple of Wings, and she proceeded to hit an array of celebrations: She flexed, then she gave a “small” gesture with her fingers… and then the boos came from the crowd.
So Reese put up both her arms and wiggled her fingers for the classic “bring it on” gesture. You can see the smile on her face, too.

Clearly, she doesn’t mind being booed and maybe it’s motivating here a bit.
