Riverton 22, Layton 0
Top-ranked Riverton showcased its depth with nine players recording RBIs in a dominant 22-0 region win over Layton, capturing the 6A Super Regionals series 2-0. Maggie Hamblin was perfect at the plate, going 3 for 3 with a home run and 4 RBIs, while Peyton Sanchez matched her precision with 3 for 3 and 3 RBIs. The Silverwolves erupted for 19 runs in the second inning, securing an emphatic finish at home.
Herriman 13, Weber 3
Aspyn Hawes went 3 for 3 with a double and a triple as No. 2 Herriman defeated No. 15 Weber 13-3 in Game 2 of the 6A Super Regionals best-of-3 series, winning the series 2-0 to advance to next week’s 5A bracket play. Herriman forced a decisive lead in the third inning with five runs, maintaining its dominance throughout. Eight Herriman players contributed with RBI performances, collectively overpowering Weber and leading to their advancement.
Bingham 18, Cedar Valley 17
In a thrilling back-and-forth affair, No. 8 Bingham emerged victorious over No. 9 Cedar Valley 18-17 to secure a 2-0 series win in the 6A Super Regionals, advancing to next week’s 5A bracket play. Bingham surged with nine runs in the fifth inning after trailing in the early part of the game. Peyton Poleki contributed significantly, going 2 for 2 with two solo home runs, while Lily Gritton also shined with 4 for 5 at the plate, including a home run and two RBIs. Cedar Valley, despite their offensive outburst with four runs in each of the fifth and sixth innings, could not close the gap.
Westlake 20, Skyridge 10
In Game 2 of the 6A Super Regionals best-of-3 series, No. 7 Westlake leveled the series with a decisive 20-10 victory over No. 10 Skyridge, necessitating a third game later today. Home runs by Devi Tuivai and Emmri Chuchran powered Westlake, with Tuivai racking up six RBIs and Chuchran five. Westlake gained an early lead by scoring nine runs in the second inning and kept the pressure on with four more in the third. Skyridge attempted a late-inning rally by scoring 10 in the fifth, including homers from Maylee Walston and Eden Rose, but it wasn’t enough to surpass Westlake.

Ellie Reynolds excelled at the plate for Copper Hills, going 3 for 3 and driving in two runs. The Grizzlies exploded for nine runs in the fourth inning, bolstering a solid second-inning lead. Copper Hills committed no errors, showcasing a clean defense over 11 hits.
Davis 18, Farmington 5
Cambell Christensen went 4 for 4 with two home runs and five RBIs to lead No. 5 Davis to an 18-5 victory over No. 12 Farmington in Game 2 of the 6A Super Regionals best-of-3 series. Davis secured the series 2-0, having also won Game 1, and advanced to next week’s 6A bracket play. Chloe Peery contributed with three RBIs, while Ella Nielson added a home run. Davis used a nine-run third inning to take control of the game after leading 3-0 through the first two innings.
Mountain Ridge 5, Syracuse 3
No. 6 Mountain Ridge defeated No. 11 Syracuse 5-3 to advance to next week’s 5A bracket play, winning the 6A Super Regionals best-of-3 series 2-0. Kelli Christiansen went 2 for 3 with two RBIs to help lead the Sentinels to victory. Sydney Lambert, who struck out five over four innings, was the winning pitcher and added a double and an RBI. Mountain Ridge got critical late-inning runs to overcome an early deficit and secure the win.
Lehi 12, Lone Peak 2
Brinlee Skidmore went 2 for 4 with two home runs and six RBIs as No. 3 Lehi won 12-2 against No. 14 Lone Peak in Game 2 of the 6A Super Regionals, clinching the series 2-0 to advance to next week’s 5A bracket play. Mya Maughan also had a standout performance for Lehi, going 3 for 3 with a home run and four RBIs. Lehi’s early lead, including a six-run third inning, propelled their victory.
6A Super Regionals Game 3
Westlake 17, Skyridge 11
Addison Conder went 4 for 4 and scored four runs, while Brilynn Attebery’s 4-for-4 performance with a home run and six RBIs powered Westlake to a 17-11 win over Skyridge in decisive Game 3 of the 6A Super Regionals. Despite falling behind early, Westlake rallied with a six-run fifth inning to secure the victory. Skyridge managed a late-game push with four runs in the sixth but fell short in this intense playoff series.
5A Super Regionals Game 2
Clearfield 5, Bountiful 3
No. 5 Clearfield capitalized on five errors by No. 12 Bountiful to win 5-3, securing a 2-0 series victory in the 5A Super Regionals and advancing to next week’s bracket play. Skylar Davis delivered a triple and Clearfield’s only RBI, while Capri Harris went 2 for 3 at the plate. After falling behind with a three-run sixth inning by Bountiful, Clearfield sealed the game with two decisive runs in the bottom of the sixth.
Salem Hills 19, Wasatch 8
Salem Hills’ Audree Stokes, Leila Stevenson, Adalun Mattinson, and Aliyah Elmer each hit home runs as No. 1 Salem Hills defeated No. 16 Wasatch 19-8 in Game 2 of the 5A Super Regionals best-of-3 series to win the series 2-0 and advance to next week’s 5A bracket play. Samaya Haveron went 1 for 1 with four walks and drove in two runs. Jo Norman earned the win for the Skyhawks.
Maple Mountain 8, Taylorsville 3
McClain Carter’s home run and 3 RBIs, along with Brinley Cherrington’s 2 for 2 performance with 2 RBIs, propelled No. 7 Maple Mountain to an 8-3 victory over No. 10 Taylorsville in Game 2 of the 5A Super Regionals best-of-3 series. Taylorsville took an early 3-0 lead in the first two innings, but Maple Mountain rallied with a three-run third inning and took control with three more in the fourth. The Warriors managed 11 hits but left too many runners stranded. With the win, Maple Mountain sweeps the series 2-0 and advances to next week’s 5A bracket play.
Spanish Fork 12, Fremont 2
Paizley Boman shined for Spanish Fork going 3 for 3 with a double and five RBIs, as the No. 3 Dons defeated Fremont 12-2 in Game 2 of the 5A Super Regionals best-of-3 series, securing the series 2-0 to advance to next week’s bracket play. Spanish Fork took an early lead with a four-run first inning and extended it with three more in the fifth. Fremont managed two runs in the fourth inning but could not bridge the gap.
Springville 10, Hillcrest 0
Allyx Haveron had a stellar performance, going 4 for 4 with a double, home run, and four RBIs as No. 8 Springville defeated No. 9 Hillcrest 10-0 in Game 2 of the 5A Super Regionals best-of-3 series. After a scoreless first inning, Springville gained momentum with four runs in the second, followed by three in the fourth and a combined three more in the fifth and sixth innings to secure the victory and sweep the series to advance to next week’s 5A bracket play. Haveron’s complete command at the plate supported Springville’s overall 14-hit performance, while Hillcrest was held to just two hits and committed four errors.
Hunter 16, Viewmont 6
Kenya Lapuaho went 3 for 3 with a home run and 3 RBIs to help No. 11 Hunter win 16-6 against No. 6 Viewmont, forcing a decisive third game in the 5A Super Regionals best-of-3 series. The game was tight early with both teams scoring in the first inning, but Hunter exploded with 8 runs in the fourth and solidified the lead with 5 more in the fifth. Izabella Mailo and Alexa Olsen also contributed homers, with Mailo going 1 for 5 and driving in 3 runs, while A Bates added another home run and 2 RBIs. Despite Raegyn Dahlke’s home run and 2 RBIs for Viewmont, Hunter capitalized on 12 errors by the Vikings to secure the win.
West Field 15, Payson 5
Rylee Andreasen went 3 for 4 with four RBIs and two triples to lead No. 4 West Field to a 15-5 win over No. 13 Payson in Game 2 of the 5A Super Regionals best-of-3 series. The Longhorns used a combination of a four-run first inning and a consistent offensive output in subsequent frames to secure the win. Ayzlee Sessions also contributed by going 3 for 4 with three RBIs. This victory allows West Field to advance to next week’s 5A bracket play with a 2-0 series sweep.
