Jason Biggs and his wife, Jenny Mollen, have decided to part ways after 18 years of marriage. While the decision didn’t come easy for the couple, it has garnered immense media attention. Amid that, the spotlight has once again fallen on Jason’s past and the numerous controversies in it.
When Jason Biggs made insensitive comments about the Malaysian Airlines crash
In 2014, a Boeing 777 crashed while flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur. At the time, the pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine and the Ukrainian government had accused each other of shooting the jet down with a missile. However, the crash caused the death of over 250 passengers. Amid that time of grief, Biggs took to his X (formerly Twitter) and shared an insensitive comment that read, “Anyone wanna buy my Malaysian Airlines frequent flier miles?”
