The Pima County Sheriff’s Department and the FBI are jointly trying to solve the case. But as the case shows very little progress, rumours are circulating online that Nancy’s disappearance will soon die down. In a recent interview with KOLD, Pima County Sheriff, Chris Nanos shared that the case is not getting cold as they have secret information about Nancy’s abduction. He also mentioned that the masked man, a prime suspect who tried to tamper with Nancy’s doorbell camera, will soon be found. In his words:
“It’s not done because we got to keep it secret. It’s done because we got to protect our case. I believe at some point in time, we will make an arrest in this case. And whoever that individual is, that individual will have a right to a fair and impartial trial.”
