We can cross off another potential matchup for the Arizona Cardinals with their 2026 regular-season schedule. While their schedule has not been released, we can eliminate some weeks for some of their potential opponents.
The NFL announced the FOX Thanksgiving Day matchup for the Dallas Cowboys, who always play at home on Thanksgiving, and it will not be against the Cardinals. The Philadelphia Eagles will face the Cowboys in that game (Week 12) at 4:30 p.m. ET.
The Cardinals are scheduled to face both the Eagles and the Cowboys in 2026, as they face all the NFC East. However, they will not face them in Week 12.
We also know that the Cardinals will not face the Cowboys or the New York Giants in Week 1, as the Cowboys and Giants open the season in East Rutherford in a Sunday night game.

The NFL’s full regular-season schedule release will come Thursday at 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. Arizona time).
