The Atlanta Falcons released their full 17-game schedule for the 2026 NFL regular season on Thursday evening. Unlike last season when they received five nationally televised games, this time the Falcons will play just three prime-time matchups.
Atlanta will face the Green Bay Packers on the road in Week 3 on Thursday Night Football before heading to New Orleans for a Monday Night Football showdown against the Saints in Week 4. The Falcons will then return home for their third consecutive prime-time game, a Sunday Night Football matchup against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 5.
While the Falcons have a relatively easy strength of schedule, the actual layout of their games is quite difficult. The first half of Atlanta’s season is loaded with tough opponents and things won’t get much easier from there.

That Falcons Week Four Monday night game at New Orleans may or may not intentionally coincide with the approximate 20th anniversary of the Steve Gleason game.

Biggest takeaway from the #Falcons schedule: The first half of the season will be tough. Three straight primetime games, two on the road (one the Domecoming). Five 2025 playoff teams in the first nine weeks, plus Lamar Jackson, Joe Burrow and a trip to Madrid.
