The Green Bay Packers announced the signing of second-round pick Brandon Cisse, a cornerback out of South Carolina and the 52nd overall pick in the 2026 NFL draft, on Thursday. The signing of Cisse completes the contract signings of the entire Packers’ six-player 2026 draft class.
According to Over the Cap, Cisse’s four-year deal is expected to be worth $9,444,010 and include a signing bonus of $3,328,372. The only wiggle room on the deal is the percentage of guaranteed money offered by the Packers, but it appears the two sides quickly found a compromise. Last year, second-round pick Anthony Belton didn’t sign his contract until July.
Cisse’s cap number in 2026 is expected to be $1,717,093. In 2029, the final year of his rookie deal, Cisse’s cap number will increase to $3,004,912.
The Packers previously signed the five other players in the draft class — defensive tackle Chris McClellan, edge rusher Dani Dennis-Sutton, center Jager Burton, cornerback Domani Jackson and kicker Trey Smack — before the start of rookie minicamp.
