According to Page Six, Pete Davidson initially listed his massive North Salem property for USD 2.495 million on February 14, 2026. However, he allegedly struggled to find buyers. Now, some reports suggest he has reduced the asking price several times to ensure the home sells quickly. Public reports cited by the outlet suggest that the comedian initially lowered the price to USD 2.275 million on March 9, 2026. But now he has made another reduction to USD 2.150 million on April 27, 2026.
