There’s rarely a good reason for a fan to revisit the week-by-week travails of a 3-14 NFL season, but Tennessee Titans fans will have one this summer when QB Cam Ward will be featured on the latest season of Netflix’s “Quarterback” series.
Ward will star in the series alongside Washington’s Jayden Daniels, Tampa Bay’s Baker Mayfield and veteran Joe Flacco, who spent the year with Cleveland and Cincinnati. The series follows each quarterback across the whole of the 2025 season, which for Ward means tracking his progress from being the No. 1 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft through the adjustment to coach Brian Callahan’s mid-season firing to his late-season emergence as one of the league’s more efficient passers.
Past quarterbacks who’ve starred in the series include Patrick Mahomes, Kirk Cousins, Marcus Mariota, Jared Goff and Joe Burrow. Ward will be the first rookie showcased in the program.
Per Netflix’s announcement, the new season of “Quarterback” will premiere on July 14.
Ward is no stranger to being followed by a documentary film crew. In 2025, the streaming service Tubi released a documentary about Ward titled “Zero Star: The Cam Ward Story” that is still available to stream.
The Titans head into Ward’s second season with a new brain trust and a new supporting cast for the Miami product. Callahan’s been replaced by veteran coach Robert Saleh, who brought with him veteran quarterback whisperer Brian Daboll to serve as Ward’s offensive coordinator. The Titans have also invested heavily in wide receiver help around Ward by bringing in No. 4 pick Carnell Tate and high-paid slot option Wan’Dale Robinson.
Ward, 23, threw for 3,169 yards and 15 touchdowns as a rookie.
